Please give all handmade orders upto 12 working days to be cut, sewn and shipped. Please note this could increase to 21 days during busy or sale periods.

(working days doesn't include weekends & bank holidays)

EXPRESS TURNAROUND (NEW)

If you need your order in a hurry you can request an express turnaround using the contact form on the homepage of the website for me to confirm if this is possible before ordering  (please state the date you need your order delivered by and which items you'd like to order.)

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS OPTION UNTIL I HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR SHIPPING DATE.

THERE WILL BE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF EXPRESS SLOTS EACH MONTH.

Express orders will cost £10 + postage.

REFUND POLICY

As all items are handmade to order I currently do not accept returns for exchange or refund but this is something I hope to introduce in the near future.

UK FLAT RATE £3.99

UK orders are all sent with a tracked service and  usually take 1-2 days from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE £15 

All international orders are sent using a tracked service, shipping times vary depending on country. 

All orders are sent using royal mail services.

Please note - International customers are liable for any customs charges on arrival, depending on the size of your order.  If you'd prefer to pay the customs tax in advance when ordering please order via depop @theindividualiststudios.

I will no longer be able to cancel an order due to not reading the turnaround time information stated on the website, if you have any questions before ordering please contact me using the form on the homepage or via instagram for a quicker response.
